Pdf consolidating duplicate fonts
Hi, I am inserting separate pdf files into a main pdf text using adobe acrobat.
When I go to add some of the separate files there is a pause of a few minutes and I get a message that says consolidating duplicate files.
Sometimes a font can consist of several similar files that define the outline of the same font.
Before you install a font on your system, you can see what the font looks like.
In Windows NT, Me, 98, and 95, you install and remove Post Script fonts (Type 1 fonts) using Adobe Type Manager Light or Deluxe.
You can also use ATM Deluxe to activate and disable True Type fonts.
What is this message and can I get disable this function in Adobe Acrobat? It sounds like there is merge process combining the indexing and display part of the separate PDF's you're combining.
