Qry not updating from form

The Count function should be suitable for most circumstances but if you find that is doesn't satisfy your requirements, there are some other methods you can try...
Create an unbound textbox on your form and enter a Count expression into its Control Source property: The Count function takes just one argument.
This should be the name of a field which will contain a value for every record.
